TVA Adopts USACE's Final Environmental Impact Statement for Kentucky Lock Addition

The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has adopted the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the construction of a new navigation lock at Kentucky Dam on the Tennessee River, as prepared by the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The FEIS, issued in June 1992, addresses the environmental impacts of the project and has been reviewed and approved by TVA.
