Delegating Tariff Authority to U.S. Trade Representative and Secretary of Agriculture

The U.S. government is proposing to transfer authority for managing tariffs on sugar-containing products and other agricultural goods to the U.S. Trade Representative and the Secretary of Agriculture, effective immediately.
