EPA Lodges Consent Decree Under Clean Water Act

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a consent decree with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, following a settlement agreement under the Clean Water Act. The EPA will implement the agreed-upon measures to address environmental concerns related to the Chesapeake Bay watershed.
