EPA Publishes Regulations for Chemical Accident Prevention Under Clean Air Act

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published regulations to prevent accidental chemical releases and reduce their severity under the Clean Air Act, building on the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA).
