Availability of Reference Manual #32 for Director's Order #32 Concerning Relationships Between the NPS and Cooperating Associations

The National Park Service (NPS) is converting its internal instructions to a three-level system, making new policy information available for public comment. The new system includes NPS Management Policies, Director's Orders, and Reference Manuals, which will guide relationships between the NPS and Cooperating Associations.
