EPA Exempts Rhizobium Inoculants from Tolerance Requirement for Leguminous Food Commodities

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of Rhizobium inoculants, which are used as inert ingredients in pesticide formulations applied to leguminous food commodities, eliminating the need to set a maximum permissible level for these residues.
