U.S. Department of Energy Proposes Arrangement for Nuclear Fuel Transfer to China

The U.S. Department of Energy is proposing a subsequent arrangement to approve the retransfer of slightly irradiated nuclear fuel to China for research purposes, as part of a cooperation agreement between the U.S. and the European Atomic Energy Community, and the U.S. and the People's Republic of China.
