Reopening of Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Acquisition of Land in Trust

The U.S. Department of the Interior is reopening the public comment period for a proposed rule regarding the acquisition of land in trust, which was initially published on April 12, 1999, in the Federal Register (64 FR 17574-17588). The Department is seeking additional public input on the rule before its finalization.
