Defense Logistics Agency Proposes Amendment to Privacy Act of 1974 System of Records Notice

The Defense Logistics Agency is proposing to amend two systems of records notices subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, with the changes set to take effect on November 17, 1999, unless comments are received within that timeframe.
