Safety Advisory: High Pressure Aluminum Seamless and Aluminum Composite Hoop-Wrapped Cylinders

The Department of Transportation (DOT) has issued a safety advisory to owners and users of aluminum alloy 6351-T6 cylinders following a recent rupture incident, and requests information on other potential failures, in order to advise on precautionary measures and ensure public safety.
