Adoption of Updated EDGAR Filer Manual

The Commission is adopting an updated edition of the EDGAR Filer Manual and is providing for its incorporation by reference into the Code of Federal Regulations. The Commission is also amending Form ID, the Uniform Application for Access Codes to File on EDGAR.
