EPA Notifies Public of Inadequate Ozone Attainment Demonstration for Indiana Counties

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has found that the ozone attainment demonstration submitted by Lake and Porter Counties, Indiana, does not meet the required emission budgets, preventing its use for future transportation conformity determinations.
