Agency Announces Information Collection Request for VOC Emissions Standards from Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturing Industry

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a new Information Collection Request (ICR) for VOC emissions standards from the Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturing Industry (SOCMI), with a deadline of December 31, 1999, for OMB review and approval.
