FDIC Seeks Public Comment on Renewal of Information Collections

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking public comment on the proposed renewal of several information collections, including applications for consent to reduce or retire capital, appraisal standards, and forms related to outside counsel and prepaid assessments. The comment period will determine the extent to which the FDIC should modify the collections prior to submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval.
