Correction Notice: Revised Schedules for Home Health Agency Costs Under Medicare Program

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is correcting technical errors in a previous notice regarding revised schedules of limitations on home health agency costs for Medicare program, effective October 1, 1999, and portions of cost reporting periods before that date.
