Centennial of Flight Commission: Appointment of Executive Director

NASA hereby gives notice that the Centennial of Flight Commission (PL 105-389)--on which the NASA Administrator serves--has established November 15, 1999, as the date by which interested Federal employees must submit applications to serve as executive director.
