EPA Approves Oklahoma's Delegation of Authority for NSPS Implementation

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of Oklahoma's updated delegation of authority to implement and enforce the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) for stationary sources, following a request from the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ).
