EPA Approves District of Columbia's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the District of Columbia's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions, which include amendments to the Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) requirements for major sources of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and Stage II gasoline vapor recovery requirements. The proposed approval is considered noncontroversial, and the EPA will not take further action unless it receives adverse comments.
