EPA Announces Revised Pesticide Science Policy Document Related to Food Quality Protection Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released an updated version of the Threshold of Regulation (TOR) Policy, which determines whether certain pesticides require a tolerance for food use, as part of its efforts to address policy issues under the Food Quality Protection Act.
