EASA Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for ATR42 and ATR72 Series Airplanes

The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) is proposing a new airworthiness directive to modify the anti-icing advisory system, replace wing de-icing boots, and install de-icing boots on the wing leading edge to prevent loss of lift and controllability in severe icing conditions.
