Final Regulations Update Federal Student Aid Programs

The U.S. Department of Education has released final regulations amending the rules governing the Federal Perkins Loan Program, Federal Work-Study Programs, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant Program, and the Federal Pell Grant Program, incorporating changes made to the Higher Education Act of 1965 by the Higher Education Amendments of 1998.
