FHWA to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Proposed Project in Tennessee

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a notice to inform the public that an environmental impact statement will be prepared for a proposed project affecting Loudon, Roane, Anderson, and Knox Counties, Tennessee.
