EPA and DOJ Propose Settlement for San Gabriel Valley Superfund Sites

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the US Department of Justice (DOJ) have proposed a settlement to resolve potential claims under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) for a 17-acre parcel in the San Gabriel Valley Superfund Sites, near Los Angeles, California.
