EPA Seeks Comments on Proposed Information Collection Request for Federal Air Toxics Programs

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposed information collection request related to the approval and delegation of federal air toxics programs to state, territorial, local, and tribal agencies. The request, which is currently set to expire on March 31, 2000, would require EPA to submit the application requirements to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval.
