FAA Proposes Revision to Airworthiness Directive for Bob Fields Aerocessories Inflatable Door Seals

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed revising Airworthiness Directive (AD) 98-21-21 to allow electric door seal inflation systems to remain in service, reducing the need for de-activation, and aiming to prevent cockpit fires and passenger injuries.
