Appraisal Subcommittee Proposes Changes to Public Disclosure Regulations

The Appraisal Subcommittee is proposing amendments to its regulations to reflect changes to the Freedom of Information Act, as a result of the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996, in order to implement expedited FOIA processing procedures, processing deadlines, and appeal rights, and to expand the range of records available to the public through its website at http://www.asc.gov.
