FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Western Nebraska Regional Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on its proposal to rule on an application to impose a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at the Western Nebraska Regional Airport in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, in accordance with the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990.
