Sea Grant Seeks Proposals for Marine Biotechnology Research on Coastal Ecosystems

The National Sea Grant College Program is soliciting proposals for innovative research projects using marine biotechnology to assess the health of coastal ecosystems, with a focus on contaminants and pathogens, and with funding available for FY 2000 and 2001.
