Notice of Restricted Eligibility in Support of Advanced Coal Research at U.S. Colleges and Universities

The Federal Energy Technology Center (FETC) plans to award grants to U.S. colleges and universities for advanced coal research, with proposals evaluated based on scientific merit and program policy factors.
