EPA Approves Indiana's Revised State Implementation Plan to Reduce Gasoline Dispensing Facility Emissions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Indiana's request to amend the Stage II Vapor Recovery rule, a revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP), which aims to lower VOC emissions from gasoline dispensing facilities in four counties, effective from April 6, 1999.
