EPA Approves Delegation of Accidental Release Prevention Requirements to Ohio

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of Ohio, Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA), Division of Air Pollution Control (DAPC), to handle accidental release prevention requirements under the Clean Air Act Section 112(r)(7) for all applicable Ohio sources, following a request made by DAPC on July 23, 1999.
