NIST Amends NVLAP Regulations to Reflect Delegation of Authority

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has amended its National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) regulations to reflect a delegation of authority to the Chief of the Laboratory Accreditation Program. The changes, effective February 20, 1996, will impact NIST's organization, procedures, and practices.
