EPA Deletes McCarty's/Pacific Hide and Fur Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has removed the McCarty's/Pacific Hide and Fur Site from the National Priorities List (NPL), following a determination that no further cleanup under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980 is necessary, and that the selected remedy has been protective of human health and the environment.
