Comment Request for Review of a Revised Information Collection: Marital Status Certification

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking public comment on a revised information collection, RI 25-7, Marital Status Certification, used to determine eligibility for survivor annuities from OPM, with approximately 45,000 forms completed annually.
