Office of Personnel Management Requests Review of Revised Information Collection Form for Recent Retirees

The Office of Personnel Management is seeking public comment on a revised information collection form, RI 38-128, which allows recent retirees to opt out of direct deposit for their payments, with approximately 45,500 forms completed annually.
