DOE Announces Third Party Contractors Qualified to Prepare Environmental Impact Statements Under the Energy Policy Act of 1992

The U.S. Department of Energy has released a list of qualified third-party contractors to prepare environmental impact statements under Section 2403(a) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992, a law aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions from power plants.
