EPA Proposes Administrative Settlement for Sanders Aviation Superfund Site in Arizona

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement with the Alfred P. Sanders Trust and the site's trustees to recover past response costs for cleaning up the Sanders Aviation Superfund Site in Tempe, Arizona, with 75% of the sale proceeds going to the Hazardous Substance Superfund and 25% to the trust.
