USDA to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Easement on Private Land in Montana

The US Department of Agriculture's Forest Service plans to issue an easement to access private land in the Taylor Fork area of Gallatin National Forest, Montana, and will prepare an environmental impact statement to assess the effects of this decision, as required by the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
