EPA Approves Oklahoma State Implementation Plan Revision, Removes Disapproval of Federal Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to the Oklahoma State Implementation Plan (SIP), which includes the Oklahoma Visibility Protection Plan for the Federal Class I area, removing the disapproval of the Oklahoma SIP and Federal Implementation Plan (FIP) due to non-compliance with federal requirements. This approval does not apply to areas within Indian Country where the state of Oklahoma lacks jurisdiction.
