EPA Proposes Approval of Oklahoma State Implementation Plan Revision and Removal of Disapproval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Oklahoma State Implementation Plan (SIP) and remove the disapproval of the Oklahoma SIP due to non-compliance with the Federal Clean Air Act. The proposal, which is considered noncontroversial, aims to address visibility protection concerns in the Federal Class I area.
