Advisory Committee on Head Start Research and Evaluation Releases Report on Head Start Program Evaluation

The committee, formed in 1999 to provide research design advice for a national analysis of Head Start Programs, has released its report, 'Evaluating Head Start: A Framework for Studying the Impact of the Head Start Program,' which is now available on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services website (http://www.acf.dhhs.gov/programs/hsreac).
