FDIC Submits Request for OMB Review and Approval of Bank Survey Revisions

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking OMB review and approval of revisions to its National Survey of Banks' Efforts to Serve the Unbanked and Underbanked, a survey mandated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Reform Conforming Amendments Act of 2005, which requires the FDIC to assess the efforts of insured depository institutions to bring the unbanked into the conventional finance system.
