HUD Allocates $15 Million for Rural Affordable Housing in FY 1999

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has announced a $15 million appropriation for Fiscal Year 1999 to support capacity building for community development and affordable housing in rural areas, including tribal areas, with at least $5 million earmarked for these regions.
