Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to Modify Weighted Guidelines for Profit Objectives

The Director of Defense Procurement has issued a final rule to amend the DFARS, adding performance-based payments to the types of contracts that affect a contractor's cost risk, modifying the weighted guidelines method of computing profit objectives.
