EPA to Hold Public Hearing on South Dakota Public Water System Supervision Program Revision and Indian Country Definition

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will host a public hearing to discuss proposed changes to South Dakota's Public Water System Supervision (PWSS) Program and the definition of Indian country as it relates to PWSS primacy delegation and other environmental authorizations in the state.
