Safety Zone: Sciame Construction Fireworks, East River, Manhattan, NY

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for the Sciame Construction Fireworks Display located in the East River, New York. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on navigable waters during the event. This action is intended to restrict vessel traffic in a portion of the East River.
