Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans; Rhode Island; Amendments to Air Pollution Control Regulation Number 9; Correction

On June 2, 1999 (64 FR 29563), EPA promulgated amendments to Rhode Island's Air Pollution Control Regulation Number 9. The document correctly identified the changes in the Regulation. However, the table incorrectly implied that the entire regulation had been changed.
