EPA Approves Texas Consumer Products Rule Revisions, Excluding New Insecticide

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) to exclude a new insecticide from volatile organic compound limitations, following a request from the Governor of Texas.
