Airbus Issues Airworthiness Directive for A330 and A340 Series Airplanes

Airbus has issued a new airworthiness directive requiring detailed visual inspections to detect cracking of the vertical flange of the inboard Z-stiffeners on certain A330 and A340 series airplanes, with the option to terminate the inspections after a certain period.
