New Regulation Implements Child Support Health Care Coverage Enforcement

The proposed regulation requires State child support enforcement agencies to enforce health care coverage provisions in child support orders and utilize the National Medical Support Notice to aid enforcement, as mandated by the Child Support Performance and Incentives Act of 1998.
